So I have a lot of agents asking how do our virtual tour process work and how can we offer such a system for such a low price.
So I would like to share with you our work process from start to finish.
All of our virtual tours we usually like to start shooting in the morning or early afternoon depending where the sun is and weather outside.
If we are shooting photos of a house we will start with Aerial shots which we use a large 20ft pole to get some great aerial perspective photos of the house, view, pool and backyard.
After we will proceed to take still photos of the outside of the house and 360 panoramic images of the yard and house.
When we complete all the outdoor photography we will proceed inside the house to take still images of the downstairs of the house, we strongly urge the house owners to clean the house before we arrive for the photo shoot. Most of the photos we take will be shot in HDR which is 3 different exposures of each scene so that we can obtain a full tonal range in the photos. After we shoot the still images we will proceed to shoot 360 panoramic images downstairs which will compromise 36 images stitched together to create a very high resolution panoramic image.
After we complete shooting downstairs we will proceed upstairs with photo taken.
If we are shooting a condo, we will take still images and panoramic images of the amenities of the condominium.
The complete photo shoot takes approx 2-3 hours. The agent can either be on site with us or a lock box can be used.
After the shoot is complete we will process the photos and create the video for your virtual tour. We will grab logos and information about your company from your website or you can provide it for us.
The total process to create the virtual tour is approx 3 days. At this time we will submit the agent 3 links for versions of the virtual tours to be viewed as well as a embeddable version that can be placed on your website.
After any changes and additional materials are added to the virtual tour such as floor plan and pdf flier we will start to distribute your virtual tour on many of the popular social networking sites as well as video sites. You will find in a few days links to your virtual tour will start appearing on the first page of google by agent name and listing address.
In addition to this we will create a craigslist ad as well as a e-flyer. We will post the ad for you every few days on craigslist every few days for the first month as well as supply you with the html so you can post the ad yourselve.
At the agents request we will can help them setup some of the popular social networking sites and teach them how to properly post the virtual tour on these links.
